Refund policy


Before Returning

Please contact us at support@streetdread.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may be rejected.

Street Dread offers a 15-day return window — you can request a return or exchange within 15 days after you receive your item. Please read the policy below before placing an order.


Return Shipping Rules

  1. Damaged / Defective items:
    If your item arrived damaged or with a quality issue, we will provide up to $15 shipping subsidy for the return (photo or video proof required).
  2. Non-quality reasons (wrong size, changed mind, don’t like the fit):
    Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags, packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • For promotions (e.g. “Buy X Get X”), refunds will be prorated based on the actual value of the eligible items.
  • Return processing can take up to 14 business days after the package is received.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your account depending on your bank/card.
  • Outbound shipping fees ($15.00) will be deducted for each item from the refunds.
  • Refund amounts may be adjusted for items purchased during limited-time or bundle promotions.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@streetdread.com with:
    • Order number
    • The item(s) you want to return and the reason
    • Photos of the item(s) in original condition (packaging and tags visible)
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)
  2. We will reply with the correct return address. ⚠️ Do not use the address on the package.
  3. Ship the item and send us the tracking number for reference.
  4. Warehouse inspection usually takes 3–6 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment, but a 3% payment processing fee will be charged.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. In that case, please receive the package and request a return following the steps above.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued once the returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Exchanges

  • Because we run on limited inventory / street drops, we generally do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item according to this policy.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method after the item passes inspection.
  • Return shipping costs, taxes, duties or other local fees are non-refundable.
  • Customized, promotional, or special-price items may be considered final sale unless defective.
  • Blind box / mystery items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Store credit:
    • cannot be redeemed for cash;
    • orders paid with store credit are not eligible for free return shipping.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

  1. Double-check your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your card issuer — some refunds take 1–2 billing cycles to post.
  3. If it’s still not showing, email us at support@streetdread.com and we’ll look into it within 24 hours.
